Heather is an Ahpra-registered Occupational Therapist with over 24 years of clinical experience in a wide variety of settings including public health, disability, and government roles. She uses an evidence-based, client-centred, and culturally responsive approach. Heather first came to Darwin in 2005 and jumped at the opportunity to move back. Darwin is home and is such a special place. Based in Darwin and surrounds, Northern Territory, Australia. Now accepting plan and self-managed participants.

Phoenix OT offers Occupational Therapy services to adult NDIS participants including:

• Prescription of AT including hoists, specialised beds, and specialised commodes

• Wheelchair prescription including manual, power, and power add-on

• Home modifications including bathroom, kitchen, and other areas

• Functional capacity assessment

• SIL / SDA Assessment

• Capacity-building for adults with disability and their support people
